Our Message for Prospective Buyers
Let’s say you’re emotionally ready to purchase an
investment property. You have good credit, you plan to hold for at
least 5 years and you have been waiting for the perfect entry
point. It’s time to get serious. Market conditions could
not be more perfect if we had special ordered them on a no carb,
hot, chunk of crusty French bread. There is a generous
portion of inventory in all sizes and price ranges with a side of
low fat mortgage rates and delicious tax
advantages. This combo should set your mouth to watering for a
quick trip to the island or at the very least, start looking at our
websites for the property that best meet your needs.
Keep in mind, as you consider this opportunity, that an inevitable rise in interest rates can wipe out your advantage.
Please do not lose sight of the fact that waiting for the bottom could
cost you thousands! Just ask the hundreds of
sellers who miss timed the last market, waiting for the top!
