Our family just purchased a property in Frisco, NC using one of Outer Beaches Realty agents, Jack Kepler.  I have to say that when you think of buying another house, especially from a distance, you also think hassle, but not in this case.  Jack was absolutely wonderful!  Once we found the property, Jack was constantly available to handle questions and paperwork.  Since we were in Richmond, Va.,  he was a valuable resource for finding inspectors, helping with appraisals, working with the current owner, referrring an attorney for the closing  --just everything really. I think most importantly, though, I consider Jack a friend.  I would, without hestiation, recommend Outer Beaches Realty for sales or rentals.  Thanks to them and especially Jack we are now pround homewoners on Hatteras Island.
